Conscious footsteps forward for Fokaiinternational…
Before it was something that just used to look cool on our shirts and now it’s really happening.
Wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you for believing in what we do and supporting what we stand for. There is a story behind every design. It goes through and beyond of thinking of whats physically attractive, the designs are released to hopefully induce whats soulfully productive.
From The ISA design and goodwilling of “WishComeTrue” to the soon to be released designs of Fernando Terere’s offering of “Never Give Up” and the MendesBrothers “Improve”—
Fokai’s Imminent campaign of the rewards of perseverance (Exhaust the Body,ProceedTheMind,CultivateTheSpirit) aims to resonate apositive vibration targeted to push the fruits of virtue and spirit that lie in the pursuit and imminent evolution of personal horizons, not necessarily dependent in comparing to others.
So this is an applause of gratitude and props for the history of our extended design team on board with Fokai2.2GRFX

Just wanted to share apretty cool story here. My father passed away in 2004 in effort to fundraise money to help improve the library for his school’s alma mater. despite an ongoing miniature financial crisis in life–he always found time and reason to help others. i think that’s where he found his wealth.
Years prior he was driving onthe southern coast of Guam one day where he spotted twoscantily clad, dark-complexion men of obvious foreign descent stranded on the side of the road. though my father was on schedule for an appointment he made time to pull over and offer them assistance. their rent-acar had broken down and they needed aride to their hotel.
He offered them a lift–i believe they were either taying at thePacificStar or the HiltonResort Guam. my father had driven an old camry, the aircon was busted and the car hadnt been washed for weeks.
Regardless, he had driven them over to notice a massive entourage of attendants and photographers waiting for something. To his surprise when they were spotted–the small crownd of people surrounded the car and treated the men as if they were royalty.
It turns out that they were..one of the men was the President of Nauru. it turns out that he broke away from his assistants and wanted to see the island of Guam from a regular travelers eyes. he offered my father an all-expenses paid trip with accomodations as his personal guest to Nauru. but my father was so caught up trying to make his appointment that he lost all the information. But he had no regrets because their sign of relief was payment enough.
Honored to have this blood run in my veins.
They often say that if your good deeds doesnt find its way back to you directly it will do so for your children. For whatever success Fokai has enjoyed, and for whatever absence of happiness in his life that he might have missed out on– this is perfect testament for this truth.
Thanks Dad. Rest InPeace. GoodTimes in the afterlife. See you on the other side.
GoodVibraions. VictorDela Cruz

NO KIDDING: OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE AT THE FOKAI SHOP:
A few months into the opening of the first FokaiShop in 2004, we received a large delivery of 810Shirts accumulated between 500Adults and 210 Youths.
After single handedly folding the bunch, an exhausted employee then played the London Harmonic symphony’s Instrumental rendition of Pink Floyds Album TheWall.
“Somewhere into their version of Comfortably Numb i laid on the ground after a conversation with Pedro and felt myself float out of my body towards the ceiling that quickly turned into a sky full of stars”
“Was then placed into what i digested as a crossroads and recognized transportation possible by the power of thought, through high speed tunnels lined with what i felt on my skin as cold and reflective silver.”
Before committing to the tunnel i was distracted to the sound of someone messing with my vehicle outside.
Clearly remember the fork. Follow the tunnel and see what i wanna see. or make sure that no one was stealing my car. i figured id play it safe and check teh car and then return to the tunnel. After waking up to check my car, the still returning to the exact same spot, executing the exact same procedure, to the exact same song, i never did get a chance to return to that tunnel.”
In the end–maybe a correct mistake?

We here at FOKAI Ireland know the importance and the innovative standards that skateboarding
Pass The Bucket with Crys Worley from Off The Wall TV on Vimeo.
has brought to main stream society and understand the stigmas that come with skateboarding.
As the sport developed , so did the importance of lifting that stigma and educating the community that skateboarding does have therapeutic value to each and every skateboarder in its own unique way.
This A.Skate event will be a unique way for your company to be involved with Ireland’s and Europe’s first ever skate clinic for families that have children in the autistic spectrum.
Crys Worley
” Autism , like skateboarding , can be unpredictable and often times unruly. We embrace the parts of autism that are hard to understand and give these kids an outlet that is free of rules or judgement, and allows them to be social without being ‘social’ “.
