One of the many things to do visiting Guam and the best way to do so  , especially along sacred shores is to do so with Respect. Its very easy to remain complacent and take Life for Granted. Sure we have to be productive@work but it also does a body,mind, and Spirit good to be productive@play. “Using theForce“  here with a first person  TimeLapse Slideshow with Friends&Family.

Above is a link to a podcast for the Pacific Daily News.

This was an article published int he PacificDailyNews on July 6th,2012. i had agreed to do this about 2years ago. but after several thousand miles in travel, etc…things finally came to life in 2012.

The Pacific Daily News has launched its first sports podcast.

Roman Dela Cruz, who writes the biweekly Onra column about mixed martial arts for PDN, is the first guest.

MMA fighter Patrick Ayuyu is interviewed as well.

Readers can listen to the podcast on GuamPDN.com or download it to their computer or mobile device.

Most people know Dela Cruz as the voice of MMA for Guam and the Marianas, but he is much more than that. He also runs Fokai, which sells MMA apparel and stickers.

Dela Cruz’s business interests and his desire to support the region’s MMA fighters has him traveling all over the world more often than not. His most recent trip, for example, took him to County Cork, Ireland.

He explains why he went to Ireland, who he went there to visit, what he ate and his impressions of the place called the Emerald Isle.

While Guam is home for Dela Cruz, he is enamored with one other particular place, one he describes as “magical.” If he did not live on Guam, he said he would make this place his home. Find out what the place is and why he loves it so much in the podcast.

Dela Cruz also discusses the following topics:

•Stand-up paddle surfing, which is a sport Dela Cruz said that all ages and body types could enjoy;

•Water safety and how education is needed to help people avoid life-threatening situations; and

•MMA fighters as role models and how they must conduct themselves accordingly.
