In international news:

While EliteXC and Pro Elite call it quits just days ago momentum is on the rise for an upcoming UFC to be held in The Philippines in 2009.

Naturally, our attention as an audience better focuses on our immediate environment. And like the fighter athletes, fans are into our sport for different reasons, some want to find out who are the best fighters on Guam or in the Marianas, some are here to support our athletes and island toward bigger pedestals and some just stick around for pure entertainment. And then of course, there are those who are into it for all of the above while yet there are still those who care nothing for the sport and even those who want to abolish it.

For those who are into watching for entertainment, as you can see, the circumference of combatives industry and sport, with all its different faces, is staying busy. There are many events behind us and hopefully even more aheadof us to share hoorays and hi5s because as the athletic level grows, this sport is becoming more exciting. For those who are into it for the long haul, it’s healthy that we take advantage at some point of these opportunities to show our support for these events and athletes so that as children of today strive to become the icons of tomorrow, they understand that they will be coming into a collective product and not one just defined by the standards of any single combative sport or martial art. And that we cninue to work dilligently for an environment forged with good intention and noble purpose not only as a fruitful venture in business, but just as if not more importantly, as a reinvestment into the support we are here to entertain and service; and as a powerful promotion of the finer aspects of athletics and martial arts, like discipline, honor, perseverance, and respect.
It is key that we recgnize that these are attributes as assets that not only make us strong physically, but carries over to benefits mentally to help guide us through the decision making process to guide us down roads of decision or indecision to doing what might be right and what might be wrong.

Through dilligent focus, It is the cultivation of these values that we recognize that weak or strong we are all responsible to become guardians of values and principles of some sort so that we can have not only the strength to stand for something but that we can back it up with the wisdom to recognize within the bigger picture if things are right or wrong, and the spiritual values and valor to move forward accordingly.

Thanks for dropping by.
