Have been a spectator of the infamous PXC events on Guam. Each event, I would purchase "VIP" tickets but feel there really is nothing "VIP" about it (anymore). Several years back when PXC was a new event for Guam, "VIP" seating (just like general admission) was based on first come first serve. This worked out great because we had good seats. Now in the past couple years, I've bought VIP tickets that already dictates where I will be seated based on the number stipulated on my VIP ticket. I find this so unfair to your "VIP" customers since it is not known to the customer where the seat number would be situated around the ring and really leaves the customer with absolutely no choice of seats. So, VIP tickets really don't give the customer any incentive other than a separate line to enter and actually having a folding chair with a back rest. These past three events, I have been seated at the very last row surrounding the ring of this so called "VIP SEATS". There were still a lot of seats not taken that were actually closer to the ring. I was told that we could not move forward because seats are "preassigned". So, I have to wonder is this plan for PXC14 again? How can we obtain information on seat assignments or recommendations on where to buy VIP tickets with the numbers that will get us closer to the ring? OR will you allow your VIP (paying) customers to select their seat? Looking forward to your earliest reply before purchasing tickets for the upcoming event on July 25th.
